Something New In Works – Tealight Holders Made With Pistachio Shells

What do you do when you see craft materials out of things you eat? Of course, you save it so one fine day you will use it to make some crafts. I had saved these pistachio shells for that one fine day that was today. :P

I haven’t finished making these tealight holders yet. But they turned out so cool that I had to show it to the world. I have made it in 3 sizes. You can tell, I was experimenting. Yeah, I was. Here is my humble effort at using this natural resource.

I also got a little help from my daughter Shaman. ;)

I think I am going to paint them some nice metallic colors. But it will tell me what colors it likes soon. So, I’ll better wait out…
