We are not liable for delayed or lost shipments resulting from incorrect shipping addresses or missing commercial tax IDs (VAT/EORI) provided at checkout.

Specifically, while orders to the USA are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), all other international orders are shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU).   • Return & Refund Policy: Physical goods may only be returned in accordance with our 7-day Return Policy. Cut-to-order fabrics and digital downloads are strictly non-refundable.
