1. Digital Crochet Patterns & E-Books
When you purchase a digital PDF pattern, tutorial, or e-book from our store, you are purchasing a single-user license for personal use. To protect the countless hours of design work that go into our patterns, the following rules are strictly enforced:
- No File Sharing: You may not email, transfer, or share the digital file with friends, family, or crafting groups.
- No Reselling or Modification: You may not resell the digital file, upload it to any free pattern databases, or alter the pattern to claim it as your own design.
- No Reproductions: You may not screenshot, print, or photocopy the pattern instructions for the purpose of distribution or commercial exploitation.
2. Selling Your Finished Crochet Items
We love supporting fellow makers! You are more than welcome to sell the physical, finished crochet items you create using our digital patterns on a small-scale, handmade basis (such as at craft fairs, on Etsy, or your own website). However, you must clearly credit “Designs By Mamta” as the pattern designer in your product listings and promotional materials. Mass-factory production of our designs is strictly prohibited.
3. Photography and Website Content
All images, product macro-photography, videos, and written descriptions on this website are exclusively owned by Designs By Mamta.
- For Crafters Selling Finished Goods: You must take your own original photographs of the finished items you crochet. You may not use our website images, lifestyle photos, or social media graphics to sell your own work.
- For General Browsing: You may not scrape, download, or store our images in any electronic retrieval system for commercial use without express written permission.
4. Trademarks & Brand Identity
The name “Designs By Mamta”, our logos, and our slogans are protected trademarks and brand assets. You may not use our brand identity in any way that creates confusion, implies an unverified partnership, or misrepresents your own goods as originating directly from our studio.
5. Legal Enforcement & Copyright Infringement
We actively monitor the internet and global marketplaces for intellectual property theft. Any unauthorized redistribution, reproduction, or commercial exploitation of our digital files, text, or photography will result in immediate legal action, including Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) takedown notices, platform bans, and claims for financial damages.
