Story Sundays – Tinkerbell Fairy Mobile
Hi & welcome to my “Story Sundays”. The story this Sunday is of my crochet pattern, “Tinkerbell Fairy Mobile”.
My dear friend Sherry inspired me to come up with a fairy design. She showed me a couple of designs to motivate me. I searched & searched on the net about what design to make & finally chose my sweet lil fairy. As you all know, my favourite among all fairies is Tinkerbell. Why? Well, she is exactly like me or you can say, I’m like her. Both statements are true. ;)
Next came the designing process which happened all by itself. Whenever I think of Tinkerbell, I think of the Tinkering sound, “Tink, Tink, Tink”. Thus came the idea of a bell as one of the feature of this toy design. I thought, why not to combine this idea & make my favorite fairy using real tinkering bells in the process. When I thought about using bells & a Tinkerbell amigurumi, this cool idea turned into a project named “Tinkerbell Fairy Mobile”. So, really, imagination can be really a great place to be & can lead to some really interesting tangible objects, one of them being this sweet & sassy fairy crib mobile. Hmm, She is even shaped like a bell ;).
